Planning a shoot with CPH Studio? These answers explain our combined garment shoots, models, edited pictures, delivery, courier bookings and custom productions. Saree shoots are on models only. Do I need to arrange models?
CPH provides models, styling, photography and post-production. Clients send garments and receive the finished pictures.
Is there a minimum number of garments?
There is no minimum order quantity for combined shoots. Garments from multiple clients are grouped into a shared shoot and charged per garment.
Do you photograph sarees without a model?
No. Saree photography at CPH Studio is on models only. We do not offer flat-lay, mannequin or product-only saree shoots.
How many edited pictures will I receive?
Combined garment shoots include 6–7 final edited pictures per garment. Agree the deliverables separately for custom campaigns and video.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery for combined garment shoots is 5–6 working days. Confirm the schedule with the studio when booking; custom campaigns and video have their own agreed timelines.
Can I send garments from outside Surat?
Garments can be sent by courier from anywhere in India to our studio in Khatodara, Surat. Contact us before dispatch to confirm your brief, shoot availability and garment-return arrangements.
How are shoots priced?
Combined catalogue shoots are charged per garment, plus 18% GST. Campaign and outdoor shoots are quoted per shoot. Share your garment quantity and preferred shoot style for a quote.
Can I book a custom campaign or outdoor shoot?
Campaign and outdoor shoots are fully customisable and budgeted per shoot, rather than per garment. Tell us your creative direction, collection size, location ideas and intended use so we can agree the scope.
Can I book video without a photography shoot?
Yes. Fashion and product video can be booked as an add-on or as a video-only session. Agree the length, aspect ratios, edit count and delivery schedule before booking.
What is included in studio or equipment rental?
Contact CPH with your date, session duration and equipment list. We will confirm availability, the included setup and the booking terms before you book.
Where is CPH Studio located?
2/11, G-1/2, Suman Wadi, Behind Sub Jail, Khatodara, Surat, Gujarat 395002, India. Monday–Saturday, 9 am–9 pm. Sunday closed.
